Annual subscription rates are $38.00 for individuals, $115.00 for institutions for print or electronic subscription, $33.00 for students with photocopy of student ID for paper only, and $161.00 for institutions for both print and online subscriptions. Subscribers in Canada and Mexico, add $10.00 postage; outside North America, add $15.00. Subscriptions outside North America are shipped by air freight. Single current or back issues are $11.00 for individuals; $35.00 for institutions. Claims for replacement of missing issues must be received within three months (six months for foreign subscribers) following publication of the number. New subscriptions are entered to begin with the current issue (unless otherwise requested) and should be sent to:
